Practice Online or in Seattle: Upcoming Retreats

Join a Saturday Half Day Retreat

From top to bottom, the summer practice period is buddha ancestors. It covers everything without an inch of land or a speck of earth left out. The summer practice period is an anchoring peg that is neither new nor old, that has never arrived and will never leave.”

Zen Master Dogen (Shobogenzo, “Practice Period,” tr. Tanahashi)

Half day retreats are a wonderful way to deepen your practice across multiple sitting periods. Retreats also offer time for discussions with the leader and experiential Zen koan practice.

Retreats occur online — or optionally live in Seattle — so you may join from anywhere.

Can’t make all of it? Join for any portion of the time at the regular online practice link.

Our next retreats are:

  • Saturday July 18, 9a-12p Pacific Time

  • Saturday August 29, 9a-12p Pacific Time

We hope to see you!
Please register here for either or both retreats
